1. Where are you based?
We are proudly based in Pakistan and operate exclusively online. All orders are processed and shipped from within Pakistan.
2. What kind of clothing do you sell?
The Loom Studio specializes in elegant Eastern wear for women, which include stitched and unstitched articles and premium sarees.
3. Do you offer custom stitching?
Yes, we offer limited custom stitching services on selected articles. Please check the product description or message us on Instagram or WhatsApp to confirm availability.
4. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
5. How do I place an order?
You can place an order directly through our website or by messaging us on Instagram or WhatsApp. Our team is happy to assist you with styling tips and sizing queries.

8. Can I return or exchange items?
We offer exchange only for unused items within 7 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns at this time.
9. What is your exchange/return policy?
We offer exchanges in case of defective or incorrect items. Since most of our items are made-to-order or limited editions, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. Please read product descriptions carefully before ordering.
10. How do I know what size to order?

11. How do I care for my outfits?
We recommend dry cleaning or gentle hand wash for most outfits. Please avoid machine washing and always test a small area before using any detergent.
12. Do you restock items?
Most items are limited edition and not restocked. However, if there is high demand, restocks may be announced on our Instagram page.
